About the Founder
 

With over 12 years of hands-on experience in UK retail, wholesale, and brand operations, the founder of UK Retail Assist has worked across multiple stages of business growth  from launching and operating retail stores to developing wholesale partnerships and supporting international brand expansion.
 

Over the past decade, the founder successfully established and operated multi retail locations in the UK under her own retail brand, gaining first-hand experience in site selection, lease negotiations, recruitment, store operations, customer acquisition, and commercial decision-making.
 

Alongside retail operations, she developed a wholesale business supplying products to retailers across the UK and Europe, building valuable expertise in distribution, commercial partnerships, and market development. This wholesale business continues to operate today.
 

Having experienced both the opportunities and challenges of retail expansion firsthand, she founded UK Retail Assist to help international brands navigate the realities of entering and growing within the UK retail market.
 

Her experience combines strategic planning with practical execution, helping brands reduce risk, avoid costly mistakes, and make informed expansion decisions.

Like many independent retailers, she has experienced both successful growth and the challenges of operating in a rapidly changing retail environment. These experiences provide a practical understanding of the risks, costs, and operational realities that brands face when expanding into new markets.
